At WillysOG, we stand behind the quality of every product we make and deliver. Because we deal in fresh, perishable goods, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our small team of local producers.
Our Quality Guarantee
If any product arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or below our quality standards, we will replace it or refund it — no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Product arrived visibly spoiled or damaged
- Wrong item received
- Order was not delivered within the promised window and product quality was compromised
- Product did not match its description
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@willysmarket.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the affected product
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll respond within one business day and either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement with your next delivery — whichever you prefer.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product was not stored properly after delivery (must be refrigerated immediately)
- Refund requested more than 24 hours after delivery
- Merch items (tees, mugs) that have been worn or used
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellations made before midnight of your scheduled delivery day will prevent the next charge. Cancellations made after the order has been prepared cannot be refunded for that delivery cycle.
