About Our Products
Are your products really organic?
Yes — 100%. Every ingredient we use is USDA certified organic or sourced from certified organic farms. We never use conventional produce in our juices, shots, or any other products. When we partner with local producers (Florida Honey Bees, Green Room Gardners, etc.), we verify their organic practices directly.
How fresh are your juices and shots?
Our cold-pressed juices and shots are made the same day or the day before delivery — never more than 24 hours before they reach you. We cold-press in small batches daily and never hold product in inventory. Shelf life is 3–5 days refrigerated for juices and lemonades, and 5–7 days for shots and elixirs.
Are your juices pasteurized?
No. Our juices are unpasteurized (raw) cold-pressed products. This preserves all live enzymes, vitamins, and beneficial bacteria. Because they are unpasteurized, they must be kept refrigerated and consumed within the stated shelf life.
What does “cold-pressed” mean?
Cold-pressing uses a hydraulic press to extract juice without heat or high-speed blades. Heat destroys enzymes and oxidizes nutrients. Cold-pressing preserves up to 5x more nutrients than conventional juicing methods and results in a richer, more flavorful juice.
Orders & Delivery
What counties do you deliver to?
We deliver to Palm Beach County, Martin County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County. See our Delivery Areas page for a full city list and delivery fees.
When will my order arrive?
Order by midnight for next-day delivery. Orders placed Saturday night are delivered Monday. You’ll receive a delivery confirmation with an estimated time window after ordering.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order required. Delivery fees apply based on your county ($5–$10). Orders over $50–$75 (depending on county) qualify for free delivery.
How is my order kept cold during delivery?
All orders are packed in insulated eco-friendly packaging with ice packs. Your order will arrive cold and ready to drink even in South Florida heat.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — free local pickup is available at our Palm Beach County location. Select “Free Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll send you the address and pickup schedule.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Select any product and choose “Subscribe & Save” at checkout. You’ll receive automatic deliveries on your chosen schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) at a discounted price. You’ll be charged automatically before each delivery.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes — log into your account at any time to pause, skip a delivery, change your schedule, or cancel. No fees, no penalties, no minimum commitment.
Can I change what’s in my subscription?
Absolutely. Log into your account or contact us and we’ll update your subscription to include any products you’d like.
Account & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I order as a guest?
Yes — guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, manage subscriptions, and reorder easily.
